At a board meeting held on 31 January 2004 the following changes were made to
the board of directors.
With effect from 1 January 2004, Mr A Carleo, (previously Chairman and CEO) has
been appointed Chief Executive Officer and the role of Chairman will be filled
by Dr JH de Loor, a non-exective director.
