SALIENT DATES ANNOUNCEMENT
INTRODUCTION
On Monday, 24 November 2003 Adcorp, which offers human capital management and
marketing advisory services, announced in the press a significant empowerment
transaction ("the transaction") involving a consortium of Black Management Forum
Investments Company (Proprietary) Limited (the investment arm of the Black
Management Forum) and Tshirundu Investment Holdings (Proprietary) Limited ("the
empowerment consortium").
The transaction involves the introduction of the empowerment consortium as 25%
shareholders in the Adcorp group"s corporate communications division which
includes leading brands such as Simeka TWS Communications and Graphicor.
