Lonmin Plc has today been informed pursuant to their obligations under Section
324 of the Companies Act 1985 that three of its Independent Directors have today
bought a total of 67,000 ordinary shares of US$1 each in the capital of the
Company as follows :-
1) Sir John Craven, Chairman of the Board, purchased 48,000 shares at a price
of 1079p per share;
2) Roger Phillimore, Deputy Chairman, purchased 15,000 shares at 1079p per
share; and
3) Michael Hartnall, Chairman of the Audit Committee, purchased 4,000 shares
at 1078p per share.
