TRADING UPDATE AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa ("JSE") a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as
soon as it becomes aware that its financial results for the next reporting
period will be materially different from those of the corresponding period of
the previous year.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that it is anticipated that WBHO"s results
for the six months ended 31 December 2003 will be materially* higher than those
of the corresponding period of the previous year due to good contracting margins
being achieved both in South Africa and crossborder.
As the forecast has not been reviewed or reported on by WBHO"s auditors
shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in WBHO"s shares until
the release of the preliminary profit announcement for the six months ended 31
December 2003 which are due to be announced on or about 23 February 2004.
* "materially" is defined in the JSE Listing Requirements as a difference of
between 10% and 30%
