APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
In compliance with sections 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Securities Exchange South
Africa Listings Requirements, the company is pleased to announce the following
director appointment effective immediately:
Riana Storbeck (32) - appointed as Group Financial Director
Riana is a chartered accountant and completed articles with BDO Spencer Steward.
Prior to joining Gilboa Riana worked as the assistant to the Group Financial
Director of Metje & Ziegler Limited in Namibia, a company listed on both the
Namibian and South African stock exchanges, before moving back to South Africa
in January 2003. After a year of consulting Riana joined Gilboa in January 2004
as financial director of Absolute Tiles (Pty) Ltd, before being promoted to
Financial Director of the group with immediate effect.
