NO CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
No change announcement
Further to Zarara"s audited results for the year ended 30 September 2003,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be dispatched
on 12 February 2004 and contain no modifications to the reviewed preliminary
results which were published on 18 December 2003.
The reviewed preliminary results referred to above and the annual financial
statements were audited by Zarara"s auditors, Deloitte & Touche. Their report
is available for inspection at Zarara"s registered office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that Zarara"s annual general meeting of Zarara
shareholders will be held in the Board Room, Mvelaphanda Resources Limited, 1st
Floor, 1 Albury Park, Corner Jan Smuts Avenue and Albury Road, Dunkeld West on
Thursday, 4 March 2004 at 11h00 to transact the business which is stated in the
notice of annual general meeting which forms part of the annual financial
statements.
