FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 20 November 2003 and the further
cautionary announcement dated 5 January 2004, shareholders are advised that the
company has been informed by Engen Limited that it is still engaged in the
process which, when concluded, may lead to a change in control of the company.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when
