CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that Mr. David Hyde
has resigned as non-executive director of Comair with effect from 16 February
2004.
Shareholders are further advised that Mr. Lloyd Cromwell Griffiths, the Director
of Flight Operations at British Airways, has been appointed as non-executive
director to the Comair board of directors with effect from 16 February 2004.
