Shareholders of MGX are referred to MGX"s Annual Report and are advised that all
10 resolutions, save for resolution number 2 which was withdrawn pursuant to the
resignation of Mr A.C. Ball as a non-executive director on 1 February 2004, as
contained in MGX"s 2003 Annual Report were unanimously passed at the Company"s
Annual General Meeting held on 18 February 2004.
