negotiations are in progress between Vinguard Limited ("Vinguard"), an
operational subsidiary of JDH, and a Multi-National Organisation.
The negotiations relate to the possible sale of a stake in Vinguard and a global
sales and distribution agreement. Shareholders are accordingly advised to
exercise caution in dealing in the company"s shares until a further announcement
is made.
