In terms of Rule 3.59 to 3.62 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that effective 6 February 2004, Carl Stein resigned as Chairman of DNA
but remains a director of the company.
Garth Schwikkard, who is currently a director of DNA, was appointed Chairman,
effective 6 February 2004.
