RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, in respect of a change to the Board of Directors,
notification is hereby given that Mr Bernard Chipkin has resigned from the
Bidvest Board of Directors. Mr Chipkin served on the Board from September 10,
1999 until October 27, 2003, when he was appointed an Alternative Director to Mr
Mervyn Chipkin.
