Securities Exchange South Africa Listing Requirements, the following information
is provided:
Clive Hyman Nates, a director on the board of a major subsidiary of the company,
Peregrine Capital (Pty) Ltd, having received prior clearance to deal from the
CEO of the company, transferred 10 000 ordinary shares in Peregrine on 16
February 2004 from a close corporation in which he is the sole member into his
own name, at a price of R2,25 per share. The total value of the transaction is
R22 500.
