APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
At a shareholders meeting held at the head office of Intervid on Monday 23
February certain changes to the board took place, details of which were
published earlier today. The board wishes to clarify that although the CEO and
CFO have resigned from the board, they remain employees of Intervid.
At a board meeting held on Monday 23 February, Mr GR Howard was appointed
executive chairman with immediate effect.
The new Intervid board is seeking continued finance from our existing bankers.
The board is planning to realize maximum value through the sale of certain
assets to raise significant amounts of capital.
