RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING AND SALIENT DATES
Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 30 January 2004 and
the circular posted to shareholders on the same date in which it was stated that
it had been proposed that the capital structure of Good Cape be restructured to
constitute it as a variable loan stock company and that its name would change to
Annuity Property Fund Limited ("Annuity").
At the general meeting held today, all resolutions were passed by the requisite
majority and the special resolutions have been lodged with the Registrar of
Companies for registration.
Shareholders are reminded of the following remaining salient dates:
2004
Last day to trade in Good Cape shares Friday, 5 March
Listing of Good Cape suspended at
commencement of business Monday, 8 March
Listing and trading of Annuity
linked units commences at
commencement of business Monday, 8 March
Record date Friday, 12 March
Listing of Good Cape terminated from
commencement of business Monday, 15 March
New linked unit certificates in
the name of Annuity posted to
certificated shareholders
(if documents of title have
been received on or prior to
the record date) or, failing
receipt of documents of title
on or before the record date
within five days of receipt
thereof by the transfer secretaries
and Monday, 15 March
dematerialised shareholders will have
their safe custody accounts held at
their CSDP or broker updated to
reflect the new linked units and
the name change Monday, 15 March
It must be noted that Good Cape share certificates may not be dematerialised or
rematerialised after Friday, 5 March 2004
