TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the company"s headline earnings per share for the
year ended 31 March 2004 are expected to be materially lower than the restated
audited headline earnings per share for the year ended 31 March 2003
("materially" is defined in the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities
Exchange South Africa as being between 10% and 30%)
As these results have not been reviewed or reported on by the company"s
auditors, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
company"s shares until the publication of the year end results on or about 28
May 2004.
