In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Resilient"s audited preliminary results for the year ended 31
December 2003, published on 6 February 2004, the annual report was dispatched on
Monday, 23 February 2004. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Resilient will be held at 14:00 on
Tuesday, 16 March 2004 at the company"s registered office, 57 6th Road, Hyde
Park, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting forming part of the annual financial statements.
