NOTICE OF DEBENTURE INTEREST PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given by the Board that an interest payment in respect of the
849 465 floating rate partially subordinated unsecured redeemable convertible
debentures ("debentures") for the period from the issue date of 15 September
2003 to 22 March 2004 (Ref. 01/04) of 7492.25 cents per debenture, will be
payable to debenture holders recorded as such in the books of the company on the
record date.
The last day to trade in the debentures for purposes of entitlement to the
interest payment will be Friday, 12 March 2004. The debentures will commence
trading ex the interest payment on Monday, 15 March 2004 and the record date
will be Friday, 19 March 2004. The interest will be paid on Tuesday, 23 March
2004.
Debenture certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between
Monday, 15 March 2004 and Friday, 19 March 2004, both days inclusive.
