RESIGNATION OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are notified that the Group Company Secretary, Mrs Lilian Gomes,
has resigned with effect from 31 March 2004. An announcement regarding a
replacement will be made in due course and in the interim, the role of Group
Company Secretary will be fulfilled by the Group"s financial director, Mr Nico
Booyens.
