RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting held at the offices
of Ahealth on Thursday, 26 February 2004, all the resolutions contained in the
notice of annual general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of
Ahealth shareholders present or represented by proxy. The special resolution
passed will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies in due course for
registration.
