CHANGES TO THE BOARD
The three board members appointed at the shareholders meeting on Monday 23
February 2004, namely Mr RL Evans, Mrs CE Howard and Mr GB O"Reilly, have
resigned from the board of Intervid with immediate effect.
Mr GR Howard, representing the Howard family, has supported the appointment of
the previous directors back onto the board and they have therefore been
reappointed with immediate effect. The board will therefore revert to its
composition prior to the shareholders meeting, with the exception of Mr GR
Howard, who has taken a decision to resign from the board with immediate effect.
The composition of the Intervid board is thus:
WF Lambert (independent non-executive Chairman)
MJG Taylor (Chief Executive Officer)
WD Jaggard (Chief Financial Officer)
JR Howard (executive director)
At the time of releasing this announcement, Mr Pieterse was unavailable and the
company has not been able to establish whether he will accept his reappointment
to the board.
The CEO has been authorised to recommence negotiations with VenFin regarding the
capitalisation of the company.
