APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Shareholders of the Company are advised that the roles of chairman and chief
executive officer have been separated. Mr Alex Barrell has resigned as Executive
Chairman and retains his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Hymie Levin, a
non-executive director of the company since 1999, has been appointed as the non-
executive Chairman of the Company. Hymie Levin is a commercial and tax attorney
and a director of several listed companies. He has been associated with the
Group for 21 years and his immense expertise and wide experience have
contributed significantly to the Group"s progress. He serves as Chairman of the
Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company.
