(NYSE: HMY JSE: HAR) today announced the resignation of Messrs Andre Wilkens and
Pieter Taljaard, both of whom are executive directors, from the company"s Board
of Directors.
These two directors resigned as directors of Harmony, following their
appointments as executive directors at ARM Platinum.
