COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
Following the announcement on 24 February 2004 whereby SA Chrome reached
agreement with Xstrata South Africa (Proprietary) Limited to establish a shared
venture, SA Chrome wishes to announce that the board of SA Chrome is in the
process of being restructured.
Mr. Terence McConnachie has resigned as Marketing Director of SA Chrome,
however, he will remain with the company as a marketing consultant for an agreed
handover period.
Mr. Jack Dorfan and Mr. Myron Pollack have retired as non- executive directors.
The board of SA Chrome would like to express its thanks to Mr. McConnachie, Mr.
Dorfan and Mr. Pollack for the contribution they have made to the Company over
the years.
