TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that it is expected that the results for the year ended
31 March 2004 will show a substantial improvement on the results of the previous
comparative period. The word substantial in this context is defined as meaning
a difference equal to or greater than 30%.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company"s auditors. Shareholders are therefore
advised to exercise caution when dealing in Scharrig securities until the
publication of its year end results in June 2004.
