APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Listing Requirements, ABC is pleased to
announce the appointment of the following directors with effect from 10 March
2004:
- Ms Connie van Nieuwkerk as financial director. Connie is a Chartered
Accountant with extensive experience.
- Tando Dingaan as executive director. Tando has extensive experience in the
financial services industry and will be responsible for new business
development.
- Johnny Ramasehle as executive director. Johnny has extensive experience in
the financial services industry and will be responsible for administration
and corporate communications
