JOINT CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Kersaf has expressed its interest to the SISA board of directors to acquire
the issued share capital of SISA which it does not already own ("the proposed
acquisition").
Should Kersaf proceed with the proposed acquisition, there may be an impact on
the price at which Kersaf and SISA shares trade on the JSE Securities Exchange
South Africa ("JSE") and implementation of the proposed acquisition may result
in SISA"s shares being delisted from the JSE.
Shareholders of Kersaf and SISA are accordingly advised to exercise caution
when dealing in their Kersaf and SISA shares until a further announcement is
made.
