APPOINTMENT OF GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders of Super Group are advised that, pursuant to the retirement of Rob
Eaglesham, Judy Van Es has been appointed as the group company secretary with
effect from 1 March 2004.
Judy Van Es qualified as an attorney in 1998. She has extensive management
experience and for the past six years has occupied various senior management
positions within the group, including being a director of various subsidiaries.
