Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that the following changes in
directors of Lyons have taken place, effective 10 March 2004:
Michael Judin has resigned as Chairman. Dennis Cuzen and Ian Pierce have
resigned as non-executive directors.
Peter Gray has been appointed as Chairman. Leonard Steenkamp and Lunga Ncwana
have been appointed as non-executive directors.
