CASH TO A BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ("BEE") ENTITY
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 27 January 2004, the discussions
referred to therein, pertaining to a specific issue of shares for cash to a BEE
entity, are continuing.
Pinnacle shareholders are accordingly advised to continue exercising caution
when dealing in their securities on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
until such time as a further announcement is made.
