New Appointment:
Our previous auditors R W Irish - Alliott Inc. who have continually performed
the audit of the subsidiary companies have been re appointed as auditors of the
holding company MICROmega Holdings Limited with effect from 11 March 2004.
Resignation:
P R Niven & Company has resigned as auditor with effect from 11 March 2004.
