SHARE BUY-BACK: PARTIAL WITHDRAWAL OF LISTING
Further to the announcements released on SENS on 20 May 2003 and 30 May 2003
regarding the repurchase of 3 744 100 and 4 396 125 shares, respectively,
Connection Group hereby confirm that the balance of 4 724 677 repurchased shares
have been cancelled with effect from 16 March 2004, in accordance with the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa. After this
cancellation Connection Group will have 38 697 350 shares in issue.
