announcements dated 15 August 2003, 30 October 2003 and 30 January 2004 are
still in progress. Successful conclusion of these negotiations may have a
material effect on the price at which the company"s securities trade on the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa and shareholders are accordingly advised to
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company"s securities.
