RESULT OF THE GENERAL MEETING
Nedbank Capital is authorised to advise Mustek shareholders that at the general
meeting held on Wednesday, 17 March 2004 ("the general meeting"), the requisite
majority of Mustek"s shareholders approved the special and ordinary resolutions
necessary to carry out and implement the Black Economic Empowerment transaction
entered into between Mustek, Safika Holdings (Pty) Limited and Mduduzi Edward
Gama.
The special resolutions passed at the general meeting will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies for registration.
