Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 3 March 2004 and
are advised that the process for the proposed listing of Westcon Group Inc. on
NASDAQ referred to therein is continuing.
In addition, shareholders are advised that Datatec has entered into other
discussions which, if successfully concluded, may have an effect on the price at
which the Company"s shares trade.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company"s shares until a further announcement is made.
