Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Hudaco held at
the company"s registered office in Elandsfontein today, all the resolutions
proposed thereat were passed by the requisite majority, with the exception of
the ordinary resolution relating to the general authority to place the
authorised but unissued shares under the control of the directors, which was not
passed.
The special resolution will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
registration.
