POSTING OF DELTA"S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to Delta"s audited preliminary results for the year ended 27 December
2003, published on 1 March 2004, the annual report has been dispatched today.
The annual report contains no modifications to the aforementioned published
audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Delta will be held at 11:00 on
Wednesday, 12 May 2004 at the company"s registered office, the Board Room, 11th
Floor, Sandton City Office Tower, Rivonia Road, Sandown, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of
the annual financial statements.
