The board of directors of AME wishes to announce that Khaya Ngqula has resigned
as a director and chairman of the company with immediate effect, due to work
pressures and severe constraints on his time. He will be replaced in both
capacities by ACG (Connie) Molusi, the CEO of Johnnic Communications Limited.
In addition, Joe Makobe (who represents Worldwide African Investment Holdings
Limited on the board) is retiring and therefore relinquishes his position. His
resignation takes place with immediate effect.
