FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 11
March 2004 and in the press on 12 March 2004 and are advised that the company
has entered into discussions which may result in the merger of its business
operations with that of Winecorp SA (Proprietary) Limited, a subsidiary of the
Spier Group of Companies and the delisting of Winecorp.
Shareholders should therefore continue to exercise caution in dealing in the
shares of the company until further notice.
