Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 11 Mar 04 and in the press on 12 Mar 04 and are advised that the company has entered into discussions which may result in the merger of its business operations with that of Winecorp SA (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of the Spier Group and the delisting of Winecorp.
