following information is disclosed:
From 16 February 2004 to 24 February 2004, Ms AC Carleo-Novello (an alternate
director) disposed of 5000 ordinary shares in the company , at R6,50 per share,
for a total consideration of R32500,00. The shares were held directly and
beneficially. No clearance to dispose of the shares was obtained.
