CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CHANGE IN CONTROL
Shareholders are advised that, there has been a change in control of Casey at an
effective price of 0,133 cents per share. An application is to be made for a
waiver of an offer to minorities, subject to the approval of the Securities
Regulation Panel and the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa, due to the fact
that the change in control has effectively been effected at below the market
price of Casey, A more detailed announcement will be made in due course.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their
securities until a further announcement is made.
