CHANGE TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE AFGRI BOARD
In compliance with Section 3.59 (c) of the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa
Listings Requirements, the following change to the composition of the AFGRI
board is disclosed:
Mr. Graham Ebedes will no longer hold the position of Executive Vice Chairman,
but will remain on the board as the Non-executive Vice Chairman with effect from
1 March 2004 as per the agreement signed on 31 March 2004 between Mr. Ebedes and
AFGRI.
