Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on the
Securities Exchange News Service ("SENS") on 17 March 2004 of the Group"s
audited results for the year ended 31 December 2003, Sage Group advises that its
2003 annual report, which incorporates the audited annual financial statements
for the period, is being dispatched to shareholders today, and contains no
changes from the SENS announcement. The annual report is available on the Sage
Group website (www.sage.co.za).
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be
held on the 11th floor, Sage Centre, 10 Fraser Street, Johannesburg on Monday,
10 May 2004 at 10h00 to transact the business set out in the annual general
meeting, notice of which is contained in Sage Group"s 2003 annual report.
