In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Further to SAIL"s audited results for the year ended 31 December 2003, published
on 23 March 2004 on the Securities Exchange News Service, the annual report has
been dispatched today. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published audited results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of SAIL will be held at 10:00 on
Monday, 10 May 2004 at the company"s offices, Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit,
Allandale Road, Kyalami, Midrand, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual report.
