Notice is hereby given that preference dividend No. 136 at the rate of 6% per
annum for the half-year ended 31 March 2004 (being 6 cents per share) has been
declared to all preference shareholders.
The salient dates for the preference dividend are as follows:
Last day to trade preference shares "cum" dividend Thursday, 22 April 2004
Preference shares trade "ex" dividend Friday, 23 April 2004
Record date Friday, 30 April 2004
Payment date Monday, 3 May 2004
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Friday,
23 April 2004 and Friday, 30 April 2004, both days inclusive.
