CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, notification is hereby given that Mr H L
Mmatli has retired as executive director from the board of directors of
Ellerines with effect from 31 March 2004. Mr Mmatli has however agreed to
remain on the board of directors of Ellerines in the capacity as non-executive
director with effect from 1 April 2004.
