CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Companies have become aware of a shareholder
transaction that may cause a change of control in both Vaalauto and Vaaltrucar.
As the conclusion of such transaction will result in a mandatory offer to
minorities, in terms of the Securities Regulation Panel Code on Takeovers and
Mergers, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the
Companies" securities until a more detailed announcement is made.
