In compliance with section 3.22 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised as follows:
Annual report
Following on the publication on 11 February 2004 of the Mutual & Federal
reviewed results for the year ended 31 December 2003 the annual report has been
dispatched on 31 March 2004. The annual report contains no modifications to the
aforementioned published results.
Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of the members of Mutual & Federal will be held at
10:00 on Tuesday, 4 May 2004 at the registered office, 4th Floor, Mutual &
Federal Centre, 75 President Street, Johannesburg, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of the annual
financial statements.
