CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with Sections 3.59 to 3.62 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that the following
changes to the board of directors of the Group and its subsidiaries have taken
place with immediate effect:
Mr N Botha has resigned as a director of the Group and its subsidiaries;
Mr C Badenhorst has been appointed as a director of the Group;
Messrs. K Gribnitz, J Nel and P du Preez have been appointed to the boards of
the Group"s subsidiaries and all other directors of the Group"s subsidiaries
have resigned.
